Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Tag NFC ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

Tag NFC provides tools for reading, writing, erasing, and cloning NFC tags on iPhone. The App allows users to program NFC tags with URLs, text, Wi-Fi credentials, contacts, and other NDEF-formatted data. It also supports Apple Shortcuts automation triggered by NFC tags.

Use of the App

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local laws and regulations regarding electronic communication, NFC technology, and device interaction. Do not use the App to tamper with NFC tags or devices that you do not own or have permission to modify.

Pro Features & Subscriptions

Tag NFC offers a Pro tier for advanced features including tag cloning, expert hex mode, and unlimited library storage.

  • Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase grants you permanent access to all Pro features.
  • Subscriptions: If available, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

Disclaimer

Tag NFC is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for:

  • Any data loss or damage to NFC tags that may occur during writing, erasing, or locking operations.
  • Locking an NFC tag is permanent and cannot be undone. Use this feature with caution.
  • Incompatibility with specific NFC tag types or third-party devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meraki Dimension shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in Tag NFC, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Meraki Dimension and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
